Marjo created a safe atmosphere.

Marjo’s Grill is the ultimate form of media training—designed for moments when the pressure is at its highest. Participants are placed under intense scrutiny through on-camera exercises that recreate the atmosphere of a real crisis interview, complete with exceptionally tough questions.

This training is designed for senior leaders and key spokespeople whose roles include navigating crisis situations. Practicing demanding interviews helps leaders manage pressure, find the right words, and maintain credibility when it matters most.

Like many of the best ideas, Marjo’s Grill grew out of a real-life moment. After an especially tough interview exercise, one participant summed up the experience with a simple remark: “Thanks for the grill.” The smile that followed made it clear; the leader had genuinely valued the unusually high-pressure situation.

Marjo’s Grill was created to prepare for moments no one hopes for, but which top leadership must be ready to face. In the Grill, leaders learn to handle crisis pressure in a safe environment, so that in real life they can remain composed, credible, and in control.
